This site is privately owned and operated, it was designed, built and for intended for use by the Residents of Hemlock Farms, PA. As such, only residents may register and be approved to use this site.
To Register for this site - simply click the register link found at the top right of this page Just fill out the information and submit. Once the Administrator(s) approve you, a notification will be emailed to the address that you provided in your registration info letting you know that your account is now active!
Don't forget to record your user-name and password after you fill out the registration - you will need that to log in, once your account is activated.
Note: Personal registration information is not publicly shared. The Administrator(s) and yourself are the only ones who may access this information and the Administrators will not give that information out beyond that. You of course, can freely choose to share this info, as you see fit or as necessary such as when joining another club forum.*
Upon logging in for the first time (after your account has been activated) you should go to your "user profile" menu which is located in the top right corner- click where you see your user-name. From here you can adjust everything regarding your own personal preferences and how you experience this site. The UCP "User Control Panel" is where you can change almost everything regarding your profile. "Profile" will show you your current profile. Also listed here is the "log out" link. Take your time with the UCP, there are a lot of features to explore, you can always go back to it and adjust things as you wish.

Everyone is part of the Residents Forum. To join any other group or club forum, you must first "Request" to join.
This is accomplished from your UCP "User Control Panel".
1. Go to the usergroups tab and then
2. just click the radio button of the forum you wish to join
3. click submit, your done.
The Leader(s) of that group will automatically receive your request and contact you.

To add your group or club to this forum have your group or club officer(s) contact this Boards Administrator(s). Approved forums will have their own forum moderator(s) and designated "Group Leader" for their forum. It is preferred, but not required, for club officers to be part of their "forum moderators", and or "Group Leaders".

Understand and acknowledge that these forums have no connection with the HFCA, nor official capacity with any given HFCA club or group, nor do these forums interfere with, alter or in anyway apply to official HFCA club business or rules. These forums are simply provided as a beneficial communication tool - like email on steroids.

Only members of a particular forum will have access to that forum. Everyone can see the listing of the forums,not the content within. Only approved members of that forum can see and participate in the forum.

Getting help - Always work your way up .Use the FAQs in the upper left corner of this page first! Then if need be ask other members, group leaders, forum moderators , global moderators and last the Administrators. This streamlines the process.

Be sure to read, understand and obey the Board Rules and any forum rules that are posted. "Forum rules" are posted in the Red Bar above every forum, including this one.
